What’s the best way to manage and schedule social media posts efficiently?

I’ve been trying to manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and doing everything manually is starting to feel inefficient.

I’m looking for a better way to:

Schedule posts in advance

Maintain consistency across platforms

Reduce time spent switching between apps

Possibly track basic performance

There are a lot of tools out there, but most seem to offer similar features, so it’s hard to decide what actually makes a difference in real workflows.
